The Central Asian Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Institute (CI), based in Urumqi, Xinjiang Autonomous Region, the People’s Republic of China (PRC), is pleased to announce the third round of Visiting Fellow Program (VFP) and invites applications from researchers who are citizens of Asian Development Bank (ADB) member countries. VFP is supported and financed by ADB. The fellowships are intended for scholars at all levels to pursue research on a topic that is relevant to the CAREC 2030 operational priorities. A multi-country analysis approach will be given preference.
