Seeking International Consultant for Business Analysis and Website Framework Development

The CAREC Institute invites applications for an International Consultant to lead the initial phase of the Institute’s website upgrade initiative, improving user interaction, optimizing content delivery, enhancing security measures, and refining the overall website functionality to better serve the Institute’s stakeholders.

The website enhancement is structured into three distinct phases:

Phase I: Business analysis and establishment of the website’s foundational framework.
Phase II: Implementation of the website’s visual design.
Phase III: Development and deployment of the website, including content visualization and the official launch.

This call is about recruiting a highly qualified consultant to guide the critical first phase of this initiative.

Key Deliverables:

• Comprehensive report on the current operational model and digital presence.
• Detailed strategic framework proposal with specific recommendations.
• Implementation roadmap and a functional design document detailing the priority actions and consultant terms of reference for subsequent phases.

Eligibility Criteria:

• At least 10 years of general experience with a minimum of 7 years in strategic planning, business analysis, digital transformation, or website development.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in synthesizing complex information into coherent, actionable strategies.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices in website design, user experience, and content strategy.
• Familiarity with the CAREC Institute and the CAREC region will be considered an advantage.
