Recently, the Strategic Development Advisory Committee Symposium for Tacheng Prefecture’s 15th Five-Year Plan (2026–2030) was successfully held in Tacheng, Xinjiang. Mr. Charymuhammet Shallyyev, Director of the CAREC Institute, joined the event online to engage in in-depth discussions on the plan’s formulation with government officials and experts across diverse fields.
At the event, the relevant government authority outlined the overall framework for the 15th Five-Year Plan. He also underscored the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in supporting economic diversification.
