The outputs of the project preparatory technical assistance include (i) a sector road map and policy framework; (ii) a financing plan; (iii) technical design and due diligence assessment; (iv) project financial and economic analysis, and financial management assessment of Uzbekenergo; (v) social safeguards framework and social and poverty assessment; (vi) initial environmental assessment; and (vii) bid specifications for project implementation. |
